This tapestry was made at the end of the XVth century in Flanders. It represents the pressing of the grape (left side), and the picking of this grape (right side) under the scrutiny of the Lords. The richness of the clothes, the colours’ warmth and the “mille-fleurs” background give a very much colored aspect to this medieval tapestry. The original of this tapestry is in the Cluny Museum, in Paris.
