Description

Palla di Onorio Strozzi (1372 – May 8, 1462) was an Italian banker, politician, man of letters, philosopher and philologist of the early Renaissance. As a patron of the arts, he commissioned the Italian painter Gentile da Fabriano to paint “The Adoration of the Magi” for the Strozzi chapel in Florence’s Santa Trinita church.
