This tapestry is a reproduction of the work of Gustave Klimt, the famous Austrian artist (1862 – 1918). Entitled “Waiting”, this motif is the left-hand part of the painting “The Stoclet Frieze”, produced between 1905 and 1909. This frieze is initially composed of three parts: waiting, the tree of life and fulfillment.
